The Onboarding
The First 60 Days
Installing a commercial system takes time. It runs over 12 months, and most companies keep going well beyond that. So the first 60 days are front-loaded to give you a real win fast, proof it works, before you commit to the rest.
Why We Front-Load the First 60 Days
A system this deep takes a year to install. You should not have to wait a year to see it working.
The full Production Visibility OS installs over 12 months, and most companies keep running it for years, moving into the deeper mastery levels. That is the honest timeline. But you have not worked with us yet, and every number you have seen so far came from someone else's company, not yours.
So we designed the first 60 days to deliver a real quick win as fast as possible, and to prove the system works with your team, your deals, your numbers. At Day 60 you hold the roadmap in your hands and decide: continue, or walk away and keep everything. That is not a gimmick. It is how we would want to buy. After that, the system moves into its ongoing rhythm, one module activated at a time.
The Timeline
Day 0 to Day 60
Day 0
Welcome + intake
Intake questionnaire and a short kickoff prep video. You arrive ready to work, not to be educated in the room.
Day 1
Kickoff Session (owner, 90 min)
We capture your Day-1 Snapshot together, turn on lead source tracking, and set the workshop date before the session ends. This is where we calculate your real sales cycle from your last 10 closed deals. Most owners have never measured it.
Days 1 to 14
Self-study + 1:1 Call #1
Two short modules, then a private call where you get told exactly what to do next. Prescriptive, not "what do you think?"
Days 15 to 45
Team Alignment Workshop
Owner plus every customer-facing department. Each head brings their top 3 things they wish every customer already knew. The team votes, nobody votes for their own topic. One topic wins, and your first content piece is assigned before the session ends.
Days 45 to 60
Blueprint + 1:1 Call #2
You receive the Production Visibility Blueprint™ and we walk through it together. This call is the decision point.
“Everyone understood how important our marketing is, and that it takes contribution from everyone.” Philipp Hollerer , Owner, Care4IT · after the Team Alignment Workshop (translated from German)
The Deliverable
What you hold in your hands at Day 60
The Guarantee
60-Day Love-It-Or-Leave-It
Complete the first 60 days. If at Day 60 you do not have evidence that:
- your sales and marketing teams are aligned around one commercial direction,
- your team is starting to use educational content in real sales conversations,
- and you have a clear roadmap to predictable deal flow,
then we part ways. You keep everything: the Blueprint, your baseline numbers, your first content piece. Two months of investment is your maximum exposure. No refund games, no pro-ration, no hard feelings.
If you continue, we are all in for the remaining 10 months together.
What We Deliberately Leave Out
A system built on skipped foundations collapses in month 4.
All of this comes later, in the right order. Not in the first 60 days:
The first 60 days are foundations done right: numbers captured, team aligned, first content live, weekly rhythm running. We have watched companies skip this. We don't.

Questions about getting started
What happens in the first 60 days?
+
Three things. Your Day-1 Snapshot captures your real baseline numbers before anything changes. A Team Alignment Workshop puts leadership, sales and marketing on one commercial direction. And your first content goes live and gets used in a real sales conversation. At Day 60 you decide whether to continue.
Why capture a baseline before starting?
+
Because without it you can never prove the system worked. Every belt threshold and every result claim is measured against the pre-PVOS numbers, so if the baseline is not captured on Day 1 it cannot be reconstructed later. It is the single most skipped step in in-house attempts.
What if it is not working after 60 days?
+
You stop, and you keep everything built to that point: the baseline, the alignment, the content calendar and the content itself. The decision point exists so that you are not committing twelve months on faith.
How much of our team's time does this take?
+
A weekly anchor meeting, plus short input sessions with the people who hold the knowledge, usually your engineers and salespeople. Short sessions, not long writing blocks. The system is built around the fact that nobody at your company has a spare day a week.
