Privacy Policy

The short version

This site has no forms, no newsletter and no account system, so there is nothing here that asks for your details. Analytics cookies load only if you press Accept on the banner. If you press Reject, nothing loads and nothing is stored beyond a single preference so we stop asking.

What is collected without your consent

Only what is technically required to serve the page. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and request headers to deliver the site and to protect it from abuse. This is server log data, it is not used to build a profile of you, and it is not combined with anything else.

Before you answer the banner, Google Consent Mode is set to denied for analytics and advertising storage, so these tools cannot write to your device. Press Reject and they are never loaded at all.

Booking a call

The booking calendar is provided by HubSpot and opens on their domain. If you book, the details you enter go to HubSpot as our CRM and we use them to prepare for and hold that conversation. We do not sell or share them.

Cookies, specifically

• pv-consent — first-party, stored in your browser, remembers your Accept or Reject answer. Not a tracking cookie and set regardless of your choice so we do not keep asking.
• Google Analytics and HubSpot cookies — set only after Accept. Clearing your browser storage removes them and the banner reappears.

Changing your mind

Clear this site's data in your browser and the banner returns, letting you choose again. Rejecting stops all optional loading immediately.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, Swiss FADP and Quebec's Law 25 you may ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for correction or deletion, and object to processing. Ask through the contact page or LinkedIn and you will get an answer within 30 days. Because this site collects no contact details on its own, in most cases the answer is that we hold nothing beyond anonymous analytics.

Where data goes

Cloudflare, Google and HubSpot are United States companies and process data in the United States and elsewhere. They operate under their own transfer mechanisms, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Changes

When the site changes what it loads, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated.
